The Energy Sistem 2021 DUO will retail for €54.90 and comes with a 3-year warranty.

The new Samsung YP-S2 was designed to face off against the iPod Shuffle and Creative Zen Stone players. This small, lightweight MP3 player shaped like a pebble comes with 1GB or 2GB storage capacity, MP3 and WMA playback support and 13 hours of battery life. It will be available next month in four metallic finishes.

We got more information from Akihabaranews about what the new T50 will feature. The player will have a widescreen WQVGA display (430x 240px) with multi-touch screen technology, support for RM, RMVB, FLV, and AVI video files as well as FLAC, MP3, WMA. Also it seems to have an iPod-like GUI and the standard e-book reader function, voice recorder, and FM radio tuner.

The Near Field Communication (NFC) is a short range wireless communication technology which enables the exchange of data between devices over a short distance. The player comes with a 4.3-inch touch screen display, RK2706 Rockchip chipset, TV output and could possibly have a built-in camera and motion sensor It will support AVI, DivX, MP4, RMVB, MP3, WMA and FLAC file formats. Some of these specs are just rumors at this time, so stay tuned.

The Jensen JiMS-525A is a digital HD radio with a top-mounted dock for iPod and iPhone. It features 2.5W-per-channel stereo speakers, an LCD display with iTunes tagging, dual alarm clock with snooze and sleep functions. There is also a line-in jack for connecting other digital audio devices, and a S-Video line-out for playing videos from your iPod on a TV. This dock will be available soon and the price will be nearly the same as the JiMS-525 which retails for about $160.

Yidsun unveils its new BlueBoom series of Bluetooth speakers that gets rid of the annoying wires while streaming tunes from MP3, Handset, Notebook, Desktop or any streaming media device with Bluetooth enabled. The SPK-798 incorporates a 20W Class-D amplifier with stereo speakers and a line-in jack input while the SPK-799 has a 50W Class-AB amplifier and stereo speakers with "subwoofer". They will be available in May with MSRP ranging from about $100 to $180.

Brookstone is taking pre-orders for the new iHome iP99, claimed to be the first iPhone clock radio designed specifically to dock, charge and play both the iPhone and all dockable iPod models. Retailing for $149.95, the iP99 is shielded to protect against interference from the iPhone and it lets users wake up to their favorite iPhone or iPod music. The dock also features an AM/FM radio, alarm buzzer and a remote that controls both iPhone and iPod functions and menus.

Philips has dropped the DCP951 docking entertainment system which plays DVD, DivX, MPEG4 and iPod videos on an 9" color widescreen (640x 240px). With a retractable adaptor for iPod and built-in SD/MMC card slots, you can view DivX movies or digital photos from multiple sources. The Philips DCP951 is priced at $199 and supports the iPod touch, iPod classic, iPod nano 3rd Generation and iPod 5th Generation.
