Blue Morning has announced the launch of a new PMP, the BM-740. This player features a 3.6-inch widescreen display, a 4GB of storage, 768p video support, e-book reader, picture browser, and a TV-out. The BM-740 supports MKV, AVI, RM, RMVB, FLV, MP4, M4V, MOV, 3GP, VOB, MPG, PMP and DAT video files, as well as MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, FLAC, WAV and AAC audio files.

The BM-740 will retail for about $45 in China.

Bmorn is about to bring another HD-capable portable media player, the BM-889. However, details remain scarce at the moment, but from what we heard it will feature a 5-inch touchscreen display, 720p HD video playback, a TV-out and make use of a new touch technology called 'Human Magnetic Sense Touch'.

No word on pricing and availability yet.

Chinese PMP maker, Blue Morning is going to release a e-book reader in China called the B80. While we don't have very much information about it, we can tell you that it comes with a color display. We have no idea what kind of color screen, but this will probably have an adverse impact on the battery life.
