Intempo has released its latest docking station for the iPod and iPhone, dubbed the Arena. This one-piece device is a full stereo speaker system with a universal dock and an infrared remote control. Like other models from Intempo it features a touch-screen control panel surrounded by a pair of speakers driven by a 12-watt amplifier. It gets its power from the mains rather than from batteries, and also includes a built-in FM tuner, a 5-preset equalizer, and an alarm offering the choice of waking up to the radio, your iPod or a buzzer. The Intempo Arena is on sale now at Amazon for £70.

Onkyo has announced its latest product, the CBX-600UKD designed especially for the iPod. This all-in-one audio system includes a 'top-loading' CD player, a FM DAB+ tuner, a 'slide-out' iPod dock, and a built-in 2x10W amplification. Inside there are two full-range 8cm OMF (Onkyo Micro Fibre) speaker drivers, contained within wholly separated cabinets, to keep left/right channel audio output distinct and clear. Each speaker is also powered from a physically separate power amplifier for improved sound quality. The Onkyo CBX-600UKD will be available in black or white finish from October for £350.

The new Logitech S715i Rechargeable Speaker for both the iPod and iPhone features eight custom-designed speaker drivers, a wireless remote control, and a long lasting battery life - up to 8 hours on one charge. The S715i's speaker system is composed of two 3-inch laser-tuned neodymium drivers for a rich mid range, two 0.5-inch neodymium tweeters for crisp high notes and four 2-inch passive radiators for deep bass. The dock is certified through the Made for iPod and iPhone programs and is expected to be available this month for $149.99.

The JVC UX-SH5 mini stereo is also a dual docking system like the UX-FH7 but in a smaller form factor. It comes with a CD Player, FM radio, TV-out for iPhone or iPod, USB Port, and a pair of 2x20W stereo speakers. The UX-SH5 will be released in black, white, silver and pink colors, however there is no info on pricing or availability.

JVC Japan (aka Victor) has released its latest compact stereo system, the UX-FH7. It features a dual dock for both the iPhone and iPod, which can charge your Apple's devices simultaneously. The UX-FH7 also includes a CD player, USB port in order to play MP3/WMA files stored on your USB flash drive, FM Radio, video out for your iPod or iPhone, and comes with a pair of Stereo Speakers offering 2x30W. Available in black and white colors, the JVC UX-FH7 will be released in early August 2010.

Including four funky front panel graphics, the SK8iP boasts a pair of speakers which gives you 75W RMS, an audio line-in also lets you connect other digital music player, and comes with a remote control. It weighs 8kg and measures 605x190x165mm. The Sony RDH-SK8iP is now available from Sony Style for £169.

TEAC has released its new iPod speaker dock, the SR-100. The system plays all iPod models, charges them while playing and has a remote control. Add to this a slot-in CD player compatible with CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 and WMA discs, an FM tuner and USB port for playback of MP3 files from a memory stick. The SR-100 is currently available anywhere for about $300.
