Checkolite has announced the introduction of three iHome's lamps with built-in dock that play and charge iPods while illuminating your desk. The line of iHome lamps consists of halogen lamps in a variety of styles and sizes. All models comes with a remote control and a universal dock compatible with all dockable iPods, including 30GB, 60GB as well as Nano and Mini. The iHL20 (€99) is available in black, silver, blue and pink colors while the iHL10 (€99) and iHL31 (€129) offer only black and white colors.

Kinyo Japan just released the ArtDio, a cheap docking station for iPod Nano/Shuffle with stereo speakers which delivers 2x 4W (180Hz - 18kHz). It measures 196x 112x 73mm, weighs 525g and can charge the iPod while docked. Available for about $25 this iPod cradle comes in five finish to match your iPod color including black, silver, blue, green and pink.

iHome Audio has unveiled the new iH69 computer speaker system which features a built-in iPod dock. These speakers are a versatile solution for all your desktop/bedroom audio needs. As well as docking, charging and playing, the iH69 is able to sync your iPod and computer audio or any other audio source. Also, it includes a remote control and 30-watt 2.5" Reson8 speakers. iHome's iH69 is still in concept / prototype phase, and isn't a final design or even assured to be produced.

Memorex announced the release of three new fresh colors including red, blue and purple red metallic finishes for its popular iWake Clock Radio for iPod. The iWake station features clock radio with dual alarm function, a bright LCD display, wireless remote, and built-in universal dock to power and charge all iPod models. It's available now from Target at $79.99.

Audio-technica has launched in Japan the AT-SP250 speaker system for iPod. With its width adjustable speakers, the AT-SP250 can receive any Apple iPod. The stereo speakers are powered by 4x AAA batteries and delivers a maximum output power of 1.5W per channel and they can last up to 25 hours. The AT-SP250 iPod dock weighs 165g without battery and it measures 160x 86x 86mm when opened and 124x 28x 86mm when closed. Priced at 5,040 yen the Audio Technica's system is available in three colors namely, white, black and red.

Philips' new DC910 is a soundbar for iPod designed in the spirit of the recently introduced HTS8100 soundbar home theater system. The dock allows an iPod Touch & iPhone to be placed in either portrait or landscape mode to watch movies. It offers 30W RMS of stereo power, FM tuner with presets, SD card slot, iPod charging and it handles MP3 and WMA playback. The DC 910 iPod dock will go on sale next month at an unknown price.

Philips recently announced the DC570, a docking entertainment system for iPod. It offers compatibility with the new iPod Touch & iPhone and delivers 100W RMS of power through its stereo speaker system with built-in subwoofer. No word on additional specs, availability, or price.

Maxell has announced its MXSP-2100 docking station for iPod to be released on March 25th with an expected $120 price tag. This dock features a 2x 5W amplifier, 50mm full-range stereo speakers, built-in FM radio and a playback timer. Unit dimensions are 250x 140x 116mm and weight is about 1.2kg.

Elecom released the ASP-P101, a compact iPod dock measuring only 80x 88x 25mm with incorporated stereo speakers (1W each). The dock supports the latest iPod touch, iPhone, Classic and 3rd generation Nano, it can be powered either by 4x AAA batteries or the included AC adapter. Also, the ASP-P101 includes an USB port replicator to transfer data without having to remove your iPod from the dock. It will retail this month in japan for about $50.
