Toshiba Japan announced a new portable media player, called T802, Toshiba stuffed a lot of features inside such as WiFi 802.11 b/g connectivity which allows users to enjoy online video streamings, a 1Seg built-in tuner, 8GB of memory storage and a 2.4-inch LCD screen (320×240). The Toshiba T802 runs on Windows Mobile software for Portable Media Center and is able to play WMA, MP3, WAV, WMV and JPEG media formats during 16 hours of continuous playback. The player should cost something like $280, but no word on availability yet.

Brighton Japan released new Bi-Ledear earphones that contain in each earpiece three blue LEDs that flash in time with your music. The LEDs are powered by two PR48 batteries and then, if you get tired of the light you can switch it off. Perfect for all geeks the Bi-Ledear earphones are available in pink, clear or blue colors for around $30 in Japan.

Another innovative portable multimedia player has been unveiled by Teclast, the T50 will feature a WGVA multi-touch display, it would be a great iPod competitor. According to the thegadgetsite the Teclast T50 will be able to play RMVB, RM, FLV and AVI video files and will also benefit from audio independent dual-core processors. This is all we know at the moment, hoping to get more soon by Teclast.

DLO has announced a pair of speakers for the iPhone and iPod, these portable speakers have an extra-wide sound stage and the bass vents enhance sound quality. Small enough for home or office, the speakers also feature a unique compact design that makes them ideal for travel. Each speaker snaps neatly into the base to create a "ball" approximately 6-inch in diameter. The DLO portable speakers can be powered by either AAA batteries or the included AC adapter. Although these speakers were created with the iPhone in mind, they will also work with any audio device that has a 3.5mm headphone jack. These speakers cost a reasonable $49.99 and are available from the DLO's website.

Intempo claims to be the first to introduce a pink product to match the latest Pink iPod Nano recently announced by Apple. The Intempo iDS-01NRX will come this month in pink color at a price of £40. This dock delivers 2x 6W RMS with neodymium speakers and features an USB connector for downloading from PC/laptop, a 3.5 mm stereo line-in jack, including stereo cable, for connecting other audio devices, touch sensitive controls and a credit card sized remote. Also the iDS-01NRX plays and charges the following iPods: iPod, iPod photo, iPod mini and Nano.

The SR-L250i is the new docking station from Teac to be released this month at a price of $200. Available in black or white finish, the SR-L250i system for iPod plays audio CDs (CD-R/RW) and MP3 CDs by a slot-in CD player. It also offers USB connectivity, an AM/FM tuner with 20 presets and an additional mini-jack input for playing other devices. The SR-L250i is able to charge your iPod while docked. It comes with a remote control and six iPod adapters to play all dockable Apple's models.

iRiver released its AMOLED multimedia player "Clix+" supporting DMB function in Korea market. Enabling users to enjoy digital radio, the Clix+ comes in pink or violet colors with 2GB, 4GB or 8GB capacity. It features a 2.2-inch QVGA display (320x240) with the support of video playback up to 30fps in MPEG4 or WMV9 and it plays MP3, Ogg and WMA audio as well as flash files. It includes an FM tuner, a text reader and a JPEG reader. The Clix+ is 12.8mm thick and it weighs 56g, also the player comes packaged with a software "iRiver Plus 3" to convert various video files.

iRiver Japan has announced the Siren DP150 a basic MP3 player with 1GB or 2GB capacity, available in in three colors pink, blue and gold. The Siren DP150 has nothing special for a low-budget MP3 player, it play MP3, WMA and WAV files, has a built in equalizer with 6 presets and offers voice recording capabilities. The DP150 has a 128x 32 OLED display which supports ID3 tags. It fully charges in about 2 hours via USB and offering 17 hours of continuous playback. iRiver's Siren DP150 goes on sale in Japan from February 1st for about $65 (1GB) and $85 (2GB).
